May the House Hunt Begin
Last week Joy and I went into TD to get a pre-approval for a house mortgage. Today (unofficially yesterday) we got confirmation that the pre-approval was successful. So at this point we can now start the hunt for a home of our own. :)

I guess congratulations are "kind of" in order.
I suppose...but it is when we find one that they are truly in order.
... and now the house hunting will seriously get under way !!
